On a last minute late day evening float trip on the Deerfield River. Skip's fly fishing experience showed as he's holding a fat healthy brown trout, which fell to a hare's ear nymph, |
This Brown Trout measured at nine-teen and a half inches, estimated at 3 plus pounds. Tom's fly fishing abilities allowed him to get into some tight cover with many rewards for his effort. |
Patti is showing off a September estuary salmon. Drifting and. pulling buggers resulted with numerous viscous pulls and hook ups, some nearly tearing the rod from her hand. |
Ed was only able to fly fish from the boat due to recent surgery. |
Fred swears by Walt's "Vertical Tip Method" and new "Bob B Method." |
|
Spending the weekend for a family event in the Berkshires, |
Don's trust in Walt has him returning seasonally to the Salmon River Region of NY |
After fly fishing other methods, Bill decided it was time to catch a NY Salmon while Traditional Fly Fishing. After speaking with a friend, Bill was introduced to Walt for an afternoon of fly fishing without added weights, just a mini-sink tip line and large buggers. Soon after, Bill was doing battle with a few trophy salmon, landing this mean green female. |
Ryan is very familiar with rafting the Northeast, along with his parents Frank and Jen |
Al's, 1st trip here and 1st time fly fishing, holding a nice spring buck prior to release. After giving a brief basic casting lesson, luckily for Walt Al was a quick learner, and away we went on his steelhead adventure. Al was also a lucky flyfisherman as he was able to hook up and land a few fish daily. |
Chris booked this day as a Fathers Day Gift for his Dad. |
