The New Year has arrived and for me it's out with the old and in with the best of the new equipment available today for my guiding and instructional services.
For more than thirty-five years,I have committed myself to search for and offer some of the best available rods, reels and equipment for my clients and me. Through these many years of experience, I can now say that the voids of the past are now filled by one company, Hardy & Greys USA.
My clients deserve the best in service and equipment, I listen and I have responded!
Upgrading my 2011 arsenal with my recent Hardy & Greys Endorsement includes adding the full line of Hardy Demon and Swift, the Greys X-Flites and GS2 Spey Rods in 7 to 10 weights which fit all salmon, trout, steelhead and Atlantic salmon fisheries, available today, around the world.
For our trout, salmon and steelhead needs I have 5 thru 8 weights Sintrix Zeniths, Hardy Demons and Marksman's along with the Greys X-Flites and Streamflex single handed rods in lengths of 9,10 and 11 feet.
All rods are balanced out with a wide choice of Hardy Reels.
Looking forward to seeing you in the Hardy Booth at the Fly Fishing Shows in Marlboro and Somerset.
All the Best,

OUR WINNER! Hardy Zenith. In our last 5-weight shoot, it was just by a nose. This time it wasn't’t even close! The Zenith surprised us all when it swept every single performance category, blowing everyone else away! Hardy has produced some good fly rods in the past, but nothing that we have seen would really challenge the best American fly rods until now.

Deerfield River Spey Day Saturday June 4th, 2011 Volunteers Needed
Last year was a big success and we learned plenty as well. With this growing annual charity event I was definitely short handed
for what I hoped to accomplish. So this year I am looking to add support for event preparations and for the day. Anyone interested in helping make this charity event even bigger and smoother, please contact: Walt@NeffGuide.com or call 413-247-5579.
Various duties consist of raffle, auctioneer coordinators, grill masters, help hands for raffle ticket sales and watchful eyes for the day, general assistance including setup and take down for the day, guest speakers. Hopefully we can get the same donors to equal their charitable donations of last year while working on adding more donors and items.
January is time to get to work, Thanks and Happy Holidays,
Walt Geryk and Reel Recovery.
